Any defect will be explained on that product's page. In most cases these relate to bonsai pots which have slight scratches on the glazed surface and/or chips. Any defected pots will be heavily discounted to compensate for them not being in 100% condition.

Rain Chains Rain chains are an alternative to the rain water downspout traditionally found in standard rain gutter systems. Rain chains transform a plain rain water downspout into a beautiful water feature.	Wind Chimes Wind Chimes or Bells are called Furin in Japanese. "Fu" is wind and "rin" is bell in Japanese. They can be made from glass or metal, typically cast iron. The sound of glass wind chimes is particularly beautiful and refreshing, putting one's mind at ease.
